The Service

Pads And Slabs, Poured To Spec

A pad is simple, but it still has to be done right: the correct base prep, thickness, and reinforcement so it doesn't crack, settle, or sink under load. We pour slabs for sheds, generators, AC units, hot tubs, RVs, and equipment, sized and reinforced for whatever sits on top.

Need it level for a specific unit, or to pass a permit or HOA review? Send us the dimensions and a few photos and we'll handle it start to finish, paperwork included.

We serve all of Volusia County, from Daytona Beach and Ormond Beach to Port Orange, DeLand, and New Smyrna Beach. Not in one of those cities? Just ask, we likely cover you.

Good Questions

Concrete Pads FAQs

How much does a concrete pad cost?
It depends on size, thickness, and what the pad has to hold. A small shed slab is very different from an RV or hot tub pad. We'll give you a fair, written number after a quick free estimate, no obligation.
Do you serve my city or area?
We cover all of Volusia County, from Daytona Beach, Ormond, Port Orange, and New Smyrna to DeLand, Deltona. Not sure if you're in range? Just ask.
Do I need a permit for a shed or generator pad?
Often, yes, depending on size and your city or HOA. We pull the required permits and complete HOA forms for you, and after 20 years we know what each local office expects.
Can you pour a pad sized for a specific unit?
Yes. Send us the make and dimensions of your shed, generator, hot tub, or unit and we'll size and reinforce the pad to match, including any conduit or sleeves it needs.
How thick will the pad be?
We pour the right thickness and reinforcement for the load. We don't thin out the concrete or skip the steel to come in cheaper, because that's what cracks and sinks later.
Can you replace or repair an old pad?
Yes. We tear out and replace cracked or sunken pads, and on a replacement the haul-away is included.

What Concrete Pads Customers Say

★★★★★

"A few years ago Graham Concrete came in to put a large pad in for my motor home. They even found a place to keep my motor home until everything was finished. These guys were fast, and everything was done quite well. The cement still looks like the day they poured it. I highly recommend them."
