The Service

Driveways Built On A Solid Foundation

Your driveway is the first thing people see and the surface your family uses every day. We build it right: proper base prep, the correct depth and rebar, and a finish that holds up to Florida heat and storms. No shortcuts on the part you can't see, because that's the part that lasts.

New pour, tear-out and replace, or widen what you have, one full-service team handles it start to finish, permits and HOA forms included.

We serve all of Volusia County, from Daytona Beach and Ormond Beach to Port Orange, DeLand, and New Smyrna Beach. Not in one of those cities? Just ask, we likely cover you.

Good Questions

Driveway Construction FAQs

How much does a new or replacement driveway cost?
Every driveway is different, so we price it on the job: size, base prep, thickness, finish, and whether we're removing an old slab. We'll give you a fair, written number after a quick free estimate, no obligation. We'd rather quote you an honest price than a cheap guess.
Do you serve my city or area?
We cover all of Volusia County, from Daytona Beach, Ormond, Port Orange, and New Smyrna to DeLand, Deltona. Not sure if you're in range? Just ask.
How long does it take, and how soon can I drive on it?
Most residential driveways pour in a few days, weather permitting. As a general rule you can walk on it within a day or two and drive on it after about a week. We'll give you exact timing for your pour at the walkthrough.
Do you handle the permits and HOA paperwork?
Yes. We pull the required permits and complete any HOA approval forms for you. County permits typically take about 30 days, and after 20 years we know the local building offices well.
Do you remove and haul away my old driveway?
Yes. On a replacement, tear-out and haul-away of the old slab is included, and we prep the base properly before the new pour.
Can you widen or extend my existing driveway?
Absolutely, it's one of our most common jobs. We add parking, RV pads, and wider approaches, and tie the new concrete into your existing driveway cleanly.
Can you repair cracks or tree-root damage instead of replacing?
Often, yes. If the slab is structurally sound we can repair cracks and damaged sections. If tree roots or settling have done too much, we'll tell you honestly when a replacement is the better value.
Do you do stamped or decorative driveways, or match my pavers?
Yes. We offer stamped concrete, decorative overlays, color, and borders, and we can match the look of your home or existing pavers. We'll show you options during your estimate.
Do you reinforce with rebar, and how thick is the concrete?
We pour the right thickness and rebar for the load, so your driveway holds up to vehicles and Florida weather. We don't thin out the concrete or skip the steel to come in cheaper.
