The Service

The Foundation Your Building Stands On

A steel building is only as solid as the concrete under it. We pour the foundations, footings, and slabs that metal buildings, garages, workshops, and carports sit on, to the right depth, reinforcement, and anchor layout for your building and our Florida soil.

Bringing in a building kit or working with a supplier? Send us the plans or pad dimensions and anchor pattern and we'll handle the concrete side start to finish, permits and inspections included.

We serve all of Volusia County, from Daytona Beach and Ormond Beach to Port Orange, DeLand, and New Smyrna Beach. Not in one of those cities? Just ask, we likely cover you.

Good Questions

Steel Buildings FAQs

Do you build the steel building, or just the concrete?
We handle the concrete: the foundation, footings, slab, and anchor layout your building sits on. Many customers buy a building kit or work with a supplier, and we pour the pad to their spec. We're happy to coordinate with your supplier.
Do you serve my city or area?
We cover all of Volusia County, from Daytona Beach, Ormond, Port Orange, and New Smyrna to DeLand, Deltona. Not sure if you're in range? Just ask.
Can you pour to my building supplier's drawings?
Yes. Send us the foundation plan, pad size, and anchor-bolt template and we'll set the footings, reinforcement, and embeds to match before we pour.
Do you handle the permits and inspections?
Yes. We pull the required permits and meet the inspections on the concrete work. County permits typically take about 30 days, and after 20 years we know the local building offices well.
Do you prep and grade the site too?
Yes. We grade, fill, and compact the pad area so the foundation sits level and drains correctly before any concrete goes down.
Can you pour foundations for garages and carports?
Absolutely. Detached garages, workshops, pole barns, and carports are common jobs for us, slab and footings included.
